For board members and enterprise leaders

Make enterprise AI choices without giving up operational control

Pūnaha gives boards and leaders a clear way to think about enterprise knowledge, deployment, AI model choice and the workflows where people must remain accountable.

Questions worth asking

Keep the decision focused on outcomes and control

A useful enterprise AI discussion goes beyond choosing a model or buying a search box.

Where will it run?

Choose customer-controlled infrastructure or Pūnaha Cloud according to the operating environment.

Which knowledge can it use?

Define the organisational sources that can support each search or workflow.

Which AI fits the task?

Use supported local or external model deployments rather than treating one provider as the answer to every need.

Where must a person decide?

Put approval into the workflow when consequences, policy or context require human judgement.

How will change be controlled?

Validate, version and publish workflows so operational change has a clear boundary.

What can be inspected?

Use audit information, application logs and workflow execution history as part of operational oversight.

A grounded starting point

Begin with work that is valuable and understandable

Pūnaha is a new product and this site does not invent customer results, testimonials or return-on-investment figures.

Start with a real knowledge or workflow problem, define what a better process would look like, and agree how it can be evaluated.

A private demonstration can show the product against that process before you decide what evidence would be needed for broader adoption.

Choose a bounded use case

Pick a process whose sources, decisions and participants can be clearly described.

Define evidence

Agree what relevance, control, usability and operational fit need to be demonstrated.

Review before expanding

Use what is learned to shape the next decision rather than assuming scale from the outset.
